The prices published in the reservation of any of our tours, must be according to the nationality of the client and information provided by telephone, digital media, social networks, WhatsApp, telegram and email. To apply the prices issued, the client must present their current Official Identification (INE, PASSPORT, LICENSE) to validate nationality, otherwise the reservation will be canceled or the client must pay the difference depending on the price of the chosen tour.
INAPAM
Reservations for people over 60 years old will apply only for NATIONALS AND PEOPLE FROM QUINTANA ROO they will have a discount paying the child's price, they must present their INAPAM credential at the check-in along with their current Official ID (INE, PASSPORT, LICENSE) Otherwise, the regular price will apply at the check-in.
HOW DO OUR PRICES APPLY?
It will only apply prices, discounts and promotions by presenting a valid Official ID at the check-in.
INE, PASSPORT AND LICENSE are the only valid documents, in case of presenting any other, the prices will be applied according to the regular price published in the park.
All the mentioned prices Taxes are not include and they can be modified without prior notice, respecting the reservations generated in previous reservation.
MINORS POLICY:
The prices applied for minors will be valid for children from 5 to 11 years old, presenting identification to prove age (this discount does not apply in optional activities).
Children from 0 to 4 years of age will have free access, presenting identification.
Children taller than 1.20 meters, but less than 12 years old, must present identification to prove their age. Children from 12 years old to up pay adult price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled 2 days in advance of the arrival date will have a 25% charge for administrative expenses; Cancellations 24 hours before the arrival date will have a 50% charge, and cancellations with less than 24 hours will not be refundable in the same way as not arriving.
Any change in the reservation date will generate additional costs.
Cancellations that apply under the established policies must be made by our telephone numbers and emails that appear below on the web page. If you do not use your coupon when you do not show up, it will not be refundable.
ACTIVITIES
Activities like jumping platforms and zip line are not recommended for people with heart conditions, fear of heights, claustrophobia or dizziness, as well as for anyone who has had a recent surgery.
The use of vests and protective equipment is mandatory for the activities provided by Cenotes Zapote SA DE CV.
