INFORMATION

Our goal is that the service for you is of quality, that is why we have implemented and created a control platform for you and your clients, which you can open from your phone, tablet or computer. The panel is integrated in two phases; Registration: access to the control panel and the booking engine.

In the first phase, you will find the options to enter your data and document requirements to provide the Diving service. It is essential to upload IN ONE DOCUMENT, your Official certifications as a cavern diver, otherwise access will not be given to the facilities of Cenotes Zapote SA DE CV.

1.- Official identification with a valid photograph.
2.- Credentials to become a cavern diver.
3. Personal or company insurance.
4. Personal or business response letter, outlining full responsibility to Cenotes Zapote for any personal or customer mishap.
5.- Three emergency telephones.

Once registered, the Management area will proceed to validate the information, and will give you access to the panel in the next 24 hours.
